Recognizing her potential, he entrusted her with factoring for some of his smaller clients. This experience ignited a spark in Helma, who found fulfillment in the combination of financial expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to empower others. “This was for me,” she later remarked, “I had never done something I enjoyed, that I was good at and that I made money – all at the same time.”

As the business grew, Helma’s children, Lisa and Shelley, became integral parts of its fabric.
