Mazon Associates is a second-generation, family-owned business, one of the oldest factoring companies in the Dallas – Fort Worth area.
Lisa was six years old when her parents started Mazon Associates. She graduated from Baylor University in 1993, earning a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Management. Lisa began her factoring career learning the operations side of the business, and is currently the president of sales and marketing. She is passionate about the factoring industry and loves to help and encourage business owners. Her greatest satisfaction is watching her clients’ businesses grow. Lisa has previously served on the executive board for the International Factoring Association.
Shelley began working at Mazon Associates as an intern in high school and college. She graduated from Baylor University in 1995, earning a BBA in Finance & Accounting. Shelley began her factoring career by handling all of the accounting for the business and helping implement a new information system, and is currently the president of operations and finance. She has extensive knowledge and experience in accounting, information systems, credit risk, collections, and customer service. She also really enjoys solving issues and helping our client’s businesses succeed.
